Terms & Conditions of Service

By using the NullCode IDE or platform, you implicitly accept the following terms of service and purchase conditions.

1. Services Provided

NullCode provides a browser-based, interactive computing environment. The platform leverages WebAssembly to execute code locally on your device and provides an AI-powered compiler to translate natural language into executable Python scripts.

2. Subscriptions and Purchasing

NullCode offers both Free and Premium ("Unlimited Mode") plans:

3. User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

NullCode provides a neutral development environment and tools for code execution. You are solely and exclusively responsible for the code you write, compile, or execute on our platform.

NullCode does not monitor, endorse, or assume any liability for the software, scripts, or applications created by its users, including but not limited to any malicious, illegal, or unethical use of the tools. By using the platform, you agree that any legal consequences arising from the code you create or execute are entirely your own responsibility.

Note: While you are free to code what you wish within your local browser sandbox, any intentional attempt to hack, overload, or bypass the security of the NullCode infrastructure and authentication systems themselves is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Data Storage and Ownership

Files, logic code, and metadata stored on NullCode are synchronized with our backend databases. You retain 100% ownership of all source code you write or generate. NullCode does not claim any intellectual property rights over the algorithms or software developed by its users.

5. Service Modifications and Termination

NullCode reserves the right to modify these terms or the capabilities of any subscription tier at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access should violations of infrastructure security be detected.
